Arab Air Gate Logistics Company was established in 2006 as one of Al Mazroui Group’s companies, serving as the specialised logistics arm for aviation and cargo services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As a subsidiary of Al Mazroi Group, AirGate Arabian Logistics supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, focusing on the Hajj and Umrah sector. Operating under the regulations of the Ministry of Transport and GACA, AirGate enhances logistics services across 27 airports nationwide.
Passengers with No Bags – A Vision 2030 Initiative
In line with Vision 2030, AirGate and “Passengers with No Bags” services—a pioneering solution aimed at streamlining airport experiences and reducing passenger congestion.
This initiative directly supports the Kingdom’s broader aim to increase connectivity to 250+ global destinations via 29 airports and to grow air freight capacity from 0.8 million to 4.5 million tons by 2030.
Key Features

Travelers can send luggage ahead to their destination, completing check-in procedures at their residence or hotel up to 24 hours before flight time.
Reduces airport processing time and improves passenger flow.
The service commenced in Q1 2024, supporting domestic and international flights at all airports across the Kingdom.
Passengers must hold a valid confirmed ticket and submit required travel documents; prohibited items are not permitted.
Strategic Role in Hajj & Umrah
AirGate is one of the Kingdom’s leading logistics partners for Hajj and Umrah group passengers. In collaboration with Saudi Ground Services (SGS), both companies have implemented advanced baggage solutions and drop-off areas away from peak congestion zones at:
- King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah
- Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Madinah
AirGate and SGS provided seamless baggage logistics for the 2024 Hajj season, managing over 33% of total pilgrims traveling by air, including:
- Saudia: 105,000 pilgrims from Indonesia, 100,000 from India, 14,800 from Malaysia, 35,000 from Pakistan
- Garuda Indonesia: 110,000
- Malaysian Airlines: 15,000
- Air India Express: 8,000
- Flyadeel: 34,000 (from Nigeria, Niger, Tchad, Thailand, India)
- Senegal Airlines: 6,000
- Iran Air: 48,000
Total pilgrims in Hajj 2024 reached ~1.83 million, including:
- 3% from Arab countries
- 3% from Africa
- 3% from Asia
- 2% from Europe, North/South America, and Australia

Certified and Licensed Operation
AirGate operates under Certified License No. 26 issued by GACA. Additionally, the company is actively pursuing accreditations with:

City Check-In Services
AirGate provides city check-in services for airlines operating at Jeddah and Madinah, ensuring smooth pre-flight logistics directly from hotels or lodging locations.
Services Include:
- In-hotel baggage acceptance, weighing, verification, and transport
- Strict adherence to airline-approved baggage weight and volume limits
- Enforcement of safety protocols (e.g., no Zam-Zam water or liquids)
- Damage prevention and full responsibility for condition during handling
- Correct baggage tag labeling and resolution of mishandled tags (delivery to owner’s address if needed)
- Provision of trained, uniformed, and ID-bearing personnel
- Licensed and certified transport equipment
- Coordination with the Ministry of Hajj, traffic police, airport authorities,
